White Chocolate Carmel Drops

My Mom came up with this a couple years ago and just shared it with me. I am in love with how easy and yummy these bite size chocolates are to make.

What you will need....

  • White Chocolate Melt Aways (We bought mine at Winco in the value bin)
  • Carmel Dip
  • A Mold (We bought ours at JoAnn Fabrics)
  • Cashews pieces or peanuts (salted or unsalted depending on what you like)
  • A measuring cup or glass bowl to melt chocolate in
Rinse your mold and dry.

How to make....

  • Fill each mold 1/3 of the way with chocolate
  • Add nuts (5 or 6 pieces)
  • Add a 1/2 teaspoon to teaspoon of Carmel (drop into middle on top of nuts, base amount on how but your mold is) Bite size is best.
  • Fill rest of mold with Chocolate
  • Once filled lift mold about 2 inches and drop on the counter to allow for the chocolate to settle around the carmel and nuts. Add chocolate it need.
  • Place in Freezer for apx. 2 hours
  • Pop out and put in Tupperware.
  • Place in fridge and enjoy!
This easy treat will surely please your guests at your Holiday Party! I had my kiddos help me and they had a blast.

We also tried Milk Chocolate with peanut butter in the middle....YUM!!

Next up were going to play with peppermint.....stay tuned!
